Heaven, or the Heavens, was formerly a set of pocket-dimensions created by the Children within the Purgatory. These worlds were similar to the Universe, though were they much smaller and without any beings. The original Heavens were destroyed in the process of creating the Bloodstone. Eons later, the Gods recreated Heaven as a city within the Purgatory. It is working as a diplomatic ground for the Gods to meet.
